Name: Mustard Brownies
Ingredients: 2 tbsp Haus Barhyte Spicy Red Jalapeño Mustard; 2 tsp instant espresso powder; 1/2 lb butter; 2 oz unsweetened chocolate; 2 cups brown sugar, packed; 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour; 4 eggs; 2 tbsp vanilla; 1 cup chocolate chips

Ingredients

2 tbsp Haus Barhyte Spicy Red Jalapeño Mustard
2 tsp instant espresso powder
1/2 lb butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Dissolve espresso powder in the mustard and set aside.
Melt butter with chocolate and let cool slightly.
Blend the following ingredients into the chocolate mixture one at a time, mixing completely between each: brown sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread in a greased 13" × 9" pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and cut into squares. Dust with sifted powdered sugar before serving if desired.
