Old Brooklyn Spicy Pear Mostarda

Gold medal winner in the Fruit category at the 2021 World-Wide Mustard Competition. Definitely different! Crisp little pear slices in whole mustard seeds, an American take on the classic Italian fruit mostarda. Use it with a ripe brie or Camembert cheese.

Ingredients: Pears, Sugar, Original IPA Mustard Full Batch (Cider Vinegar, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Distilled Vinegar, Beer (Water, Barley, Hops), Pickled Green Jalapeno Peppers, Brown Mustard Seeds, Sugar, Kosher Salt, Turmeric, Kafir Lime Leaf), Lemon Juice, Pure Vanilla Extract (Vanilla Bean Extractives in Water, Alcohol (35%), Ground Ghost Pepper.
