Comments: Don't be put off by the bright green color! This mustard is a balanced blend of fresh mustard and tarragon flavors. Fallot's tarragon mustard is an excellent example of how a sophisticated mustard is produced by a simple blending of good Dijon and a fresh herb. Fallot is far superior, in my experience, to Delouis Fils. |

Comments: This product truly is a must for tarragon lovers. I usually just smear a bunch on top of a pork chop but it also blends nicely into a cream sauce should one need to make their chop more presentable. It's also wonderful on a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. That this hasn't won any awards is a miscarriage of justice. |

Comments: Sooooo yummy!!! Fresh Tarragon flavor and a hint of Wasabi make this mustard a perfect ingredient to egg salad or a vinaigrette sauce. It is truly divine!!! I will get this again for sure! Thanks M.M. for having this in your never ending collection of local and worldly mustards. |
