Comments: Just enough bite to clear your head but the heat doesn't linger too long. LOVE it on roast beef! Better than horseradish on corned beef! |

Comments: A friend of mine bought me this from the Mustard Museum. Opened the jar, had a whiff and it smelled great, so I slathered a bunch of it on my sandwich. When I took a bite, I wasn't prepared for just how much kick this mustard has. It soared throughout my sinuses, down my throat and out my nose. WOW! This mustard is spicy but delicious. I've since learned to use it more moderately and have thoroughly enjoyed it. |

Comments: If you want the true taste of German mustard, you must try Lowensenf. great with a kinds of meat. Hot taste but no tears to the eyes. |

Comments: We were served this mustard at a gasthaus in Ruhpolding, Germany seated at the Stammtisch. They kept it hidden except for "special" guests sitting at this table. We were told it is the owners favorite mustard. Lovely, with a kick! I use it on everything! |

Comments: Worked in Leipzig Germany for a couple of years and found this mustard. I have a hard time eating anything else. Great on brats,hotdogs and beef. Can't wait to try it on venison this fall. It has a nice kick like mild horse radish.But, not to strong. |
