Ipswich Ale Mustard (9 Oz)

Here it is--the 2001 Grand Champion from the World-Wide Mustard Competition. Richly flavored, with a good mustard bite and just a hint of sweet. Fabulous for sandwiches and all meats.

Ingredients: Deep Well Water, Blended Whole and crushed mustard seed soaked in Ipswich Ale Oatmeal Stout, Vinegar, Salt, evaporated cane juice, molasses, salt, chili and clove.
