Lowensenf Whole Grain Mustard

A true specialty from the city of Dusseldorf on the Rhine River, resembles a grainy Dijon mustard but has a distinctly German taste profile. Suitable as a marinade for meat and fish, as well as for adding to hot and cold sauces.

Ingredients: Spirit vinegar, mustard seed, white wine (7%), sugar, salt, spices.
