Purple Haze Lavender Herbs de Provence Mustard

Silver Medal, 2015 World-Wide Mustard Competition (Herb Category). Here is a brilliant rendition of the classic rRench Herbes de Provence "moutarde." Instead of a Dijon mustard base, this builds on a Grand Champion beer mustard. And it works! Maybe the French will learn something here. Bright lavender flavor (an important part of classic Herbes de Provence).

Ingredients: Mustard Seed, distilled vinegar, micro-brewed beer, water, sugar, mustard flour, honey, salt, lavender, herbs, garlic, citric acid, xanthan gum, and spices.
