Edmond Fallot Horseradish Dijon

Gold Medal winner (Horseradish caegory) at the 2014 World-Wide Mustard Competition. The French enjoy horseradish ("raifort" - or "strong root") as much as we do but mroe as a flavor than as an agent for heat. Putting horseradish in classic Dijon - that is already strong - is inspired. You really do taste the horseradish here.
