The Cheese Knife

When the Curator and Mrs. Mustard brought cheese to a party last week, they also brought this amazing little knife. The cheese was fabulous but all everyone wanted to talk about was the knife. The blade - 3 3/4" long - is made from a plastic resin that cuts through soft and semi-soft cheeses with incredible ease. No sticking to the knife! If you serve cheese, you must have this knife.
