"Senf" is German for "mustard" - which makes perfect "senf" to us!

You'll find great variety in German mustards. From the smooth and sharp - or "scharfer senf" - which go well with all meats and cheeses, to the sweet and delicate Bavarian "susser senf", the traditional mustard for the mild sausage known as Wiesswurst.
