Temeraire has a new name - Musette. It is the same 2006 Gold Medal Dijon, an authentic sharp Dijon mustard from France (also won the Gold at the 2008 World-Wide Mustard Competition for best Classic Hot mustard). We have personally verified with the manufacturer in Dijon that this is EXACTLY the same as Temeraire. Certified kosher. Try their coarse grained Dijon as well - MSE101.
Ingredients: Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Potassium Metabisulfite (as a preservative), Citric Acid.
