Keller Violet Mustard
This classic French-style mustard is made in America using grape must from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. It is excellent with roasted meats, charcuterie, and especially with fresh goat cheese. KL Keller also makes an amazing Trufle Mustard, Grand Champion at the 2009 World-Wide Mustard Competition (below).
Ingredients: White distilled vinegar, cabernet suavignon mustard concentrate, mustard seed, water, mustard flour, sugar, salt, spices, garlic (Garlic, citric acid), xanthan gum.
