Clovis Cucumber Garlic & Dill Mustard

A mustard loaded with cukes! The staff is crazy about this mustard. Great on fish, for salads, or just for fun. We think it would be great on a soft mild cheese, maybe even goat cheese. GOLD MEDAL winer at the 2012 World-Wide Mustard Competition.

Ingredients:Mustard seeds, water, cucumber (20%) (preservative: potassium metabisulfite; firming agent: calcium chloride), vinegar, garlic (5%), sugar, dill (0.5%), preservative: sodium bisulfite.
