Edmond Fallot Walnut Dijon
Seriously spectacular "Moutarde aux Noix" from one of France's most renowned small mustard makers. We have visited the factory in Beaune and can attest to the care that goes into the making of Fallot mustards. You must try this in a vinaigrette with walnut oil and a light fruity vinegar. For the salad, use greens, toasted walnuts, pears, blue cheese, and sliced red onions.
