Singing Pig Wine Garlic Mustard
We tasted this mustard with Oprah in 1999 and she loved it. A Gold Medal winner then and again in 20121, the chunks of garlic and burgundy wine flavor makes this a tantalizing spread for a bratwurst, a ham sandwich or a distinctive potato salad. A fabulous addition to a pot of mussels with white wine.!
