Edmond Fallot Walnut Dijon Mustard

Seriously spectacular 'Moutarde aux Noix' from one of France's most renowned small mustard makers. We've visited the factory in Beaune and can attest to the care that goes into the making of Edmond Fallot mustards. Try this one in a vinaigrette with walnut oil and a light fruity vinegar. For the salad, use greens, toasted walnuts, pears, blue cheese, and sliced red onions.
