Some of the world's finest mustards are made in Scotland. The best known Scottish mustards come from the Arran Islands.

Some of these mustards resemble a bold mustard relish that go well with meats and on sandwiches.

We have done our best to locate these unusual mustards. As they say in Glasgow, "a mustard saved is a mustard grained" ... or something like that.
