English Mustards

The English have always loved their mustard. From the sharp, smooth yellow mustard that always goes on their classic roast beef, to the hearty grained mustard paired with cheese and English meat pies.

Even Shakespeare loved mustard. And he wrote of it often. For example, "What say you to a piece of beef and mustard?" is one of the most memorable lines from Taming of the Shrew.
